By using Artz by Ade, you agree to these terms. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing photography or artwork.

Digital Purchases

Purchased works are delivered as digital PNG or JPG files where available. Download access is granted only after successful payment verification.

License

Purchases grant you a personal-use license to download, store, print, and display the purchased photography or artwork for personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, license, or claim ownership of the original files.

Payments

Payments are processed through Flutterwave. Orders are marked successful only after transaction verification confirms the payment reference, status, amount, and currency.

Refunds

Because digital files can be downloaded immediately after payment confirmation, refunds may be limited unless there is a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or another verified issue.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and keeping your login details secure.
