By using Artz by Ade, creating an account, browsing the gallery, purchasing photography or artwork, or downloading files, you agree to these terms.

About The Website

Artz by Ade is a photography and art website that allows users to browse visual works, purchase digital files, and download purchased PNG or JPG files after payment has been successfully verified.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend access where we detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized file sharing, or violation of these terms.

Purchases And Payment Verification

Orders may be paid through Flutterwave, PayPal, Paystack, OPay, or any payment method enabled at checkout. A pending order does not grant download access. Downloads unlock only after the website verifies the payment status, reference, amount, and currency or receives a verified payment confirmation.

Digital Delivery

Purchased files are delivered through your customer dashboard where available. Full-quality files are not provided through public image links. Preview images may be watermarked, compressed, or reduced in quality.

License

Unless a separate written license says otherwise, each purchase grants you a personal digital collection and display license. You may download, store, print for personal use, and display the purchased work personally. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense, mint, extract, modify for resale, claim ownership of, or share the source files publicly.

Refunds

Because digital files may become accessible immediately after successful payment verification, refunds are limited. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, failed delivery, incorrect access, or another verified technical issue.

Reviews And User Content

If reviews or messages are submitted, you are responsible for their content. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, spam, or unrelated to the artwork.

Pricing And Availability

Prices, currencies, categories, and artwork availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, deactivate works, or cancel suspicious orders where necessary.

Prohibited Use

You must not attempt to bypass download protection, access admin areas, scrape protected files, attack the website, misuse payment callbacks, or use purchased files in a way that violates the license.

Limitation Of Liability

Artz by Ade is provided as a digital gallery and marketplace. We are not liable for indirect losses, third-party payment outages, account misuse, or issues caused by your device, browser, bank, payment provider, or internet connection.
